Registration and families
Families register on a phone without an account, every child and guardian stays together in one household, and families update their details later from an emailed link.
Groups, stations, and rosters
Place children into groups, set up stations, and give each leader a roster of the children in their care.
Check-in and attendance
Check children in at shared stations, add walk-ins on the day, and keep attendance for every session.
Schedules and rotations
Build the program schedule, rotate groups through stations, and give every group, station, and volunteer a schedule of their own.
Volunteers and teachers
Volunteer sign-up, assignments, and team invitations, with a phone view that shows each leader the children who are theirs.
Performances and presentation
